Room Guidance
The room guidance fee is £50 per room.
The Process
Email faye@hilowinterior.com. In your email please send me a picture and a short description of the changes you would like to make or the area you are struggling to pull together.
Budget
It would be really helpful if you gave me a rough indication of your budget. For example;
- up to £100
- up to £250
- up to £500
- £500 plus
Deliverables
Following this I will then send you;
- an Electronic Product Board
- a Shopping List of Links
Our guidance & correspondence will allow you to shop all the specified products at your convenience to transform your space.
Important information
Lead times
Our correspondence will begin within 24 hours of contacting me. The product board and shopping list will then be delivered to you within 1-2 days of our discussions*
*Note: Lead times may vary in busier periods.
Terms & Conditions
The one off fee of £50 does not include changes to the product board, I allow for a couple of product revisions but a re-design charge will be applicable if the design direction changes from the initial brief.
Room Design
The room design fee is £200 per room.
The Process
Email faye@hilowinterior.com. In your email you may wish to include photos and measurements of your room, inspirational images you may have saved or seen, perhaps you don’t have an image but instead there is a feel you are aiming for, if so describe that.
Budget
It would be really helpful if you gave me a rough indication of your budget. For example;
- under £500
- up to £1000
- £2000 plus etc.
I will then arrange a zoom call to discuss everything further including your likes and dislikes.
Deliverables
Following this I will then send you;
- an electronic Concept Look & Feel Presentation
- an Electronic Product Board
- a Shopping List of Links
Detail is key and I will ensure I include everything you need to allow you to shop all the specified products in order to transform your space.
I will also be on hand throughout the process to offer guidance & correspondence through email, WhatsApp and phone calls should you wish.

Lead times
Concept to Shopping List - 3-4 Weeks*
Please note I will only be able to move on to the next stage once we have had approval therefore the above lead time may be extended based on sign off.
*Note: Lead times may also vary in busier periods.
